Design Contract

My goal is to provide thoughtful, clear design work that serves your ministry well while keeping expectations simple and transparent for both parties.


 

Services Provided

Designer agrees to provide graphic design services including, but not limited to, church branding, print design, themed graphics, logos, social media graphics, and promotional materials as agreed upon between both parties.

 

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. Remaining is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.

 

Payments not received within 14 days may be subject to a late fee.

 

Revisions

This agreement includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise discussed. Additional revisions may require additional fees.

 

Turnaround Time

Project timelines will vary on scope and communication. Delays in client responses may affect delivery dates.

 

Rush projects may incur additional fees. 
 

Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon final payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved designs for their church, ministry, or business purposes.

 

The client may not resell, redistribute, alter for resale, or claim the work as their own original creation.

 

The designer retains all original copyright and ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs.

 

Portfolio & Promotional Rights

The designer retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, social media, promotional materials, and marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Client Responsibilities 

Client agrees to provide necessary information, content, branding materials, and approvals in a timely manner.

 

Cancellation

If the project is canceled after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable and additional fees may apply depending on work completed.

 

File Delivery

Final deliverables will include agreed-upon file formats. Editable/source files are not included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.

 

Font & Licensing responsibility 

Any commercial fonts or licensed assets requiring separate purchases remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise discussed.
